The total period for making the Product and delivering it is up to 90 (ninety) calendar days and is divided into the following stages:
Production stage (manufacturing): lasts approximately 30-60 calendar days. This stage starts from the moment the availability of all details/materials is confirmed (or from the moment the Client accepts the alternative, according to point 3.5.1).
Delivery stage: lasts up to 30 calendar days from completion of the Product manufacturing.
The entire process is transparent, and each stage (completion of manufacturing, dispatch) will be discussed and confirmed together with the Client through the established communication channels (E-mail/WhatsApp).
Any delivery address may be chosen — home, office or any other address — without additional payments. Only one delivery address is accepted for each order. If the order needs to be delivered to different addresses, separate orders must be registered for each address.
Receipt of the product:
In case of product delivery, the Client is obliged to make a video recording of the unpacking and checking of the product and to send the respective recording to the Contractor on the day of delivery. If within 48 hours from receiving the parcel the Client does not submit a written complaint via WhatsApp/E-mail accompanied by photos and a video recording, the product shall be deemed received in perfect condition, and the handover-acceptance act shall be deemed tacitly signed.
Upon receiving the products, in the presence of the courier, please check the integrity of the packaging and the presence of the fiscal receipt. Any subsequent claims regarding these aspects will not be accepted.
